BLUSH PINK - Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of placing the order. The balance will then be due before final delivery of the order.

Collection of orders is preferred as Blush Pink cannot be held responsible for the way in which our parcels are handled by third parties once they have left our premises. If you prefer this method, a mutually convenient time and date can be arranged. Final payment must be received 5 days prior to collection. All other orders will be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery and charges will vary dependant on the quantity/type of goods ordered. Postage and packing charges will be shown on the final invoice, payment of which must be received before goods are despatched. A signature is required upon receipt of your order. Once despatched Blush Pink accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.

All our items are handmade, therefore, each may be slightly different. Refunds will only be made if the stationery is found to be faulty or does not meet the specifications outlined by the client at the final approval stage. Slight variations from card to card are due to the handmade nature of the work and therefore will not be seen as faulty.

Proofreading of Blush Pink stationery is solely the responsibility of the client. The Proof of Acceptance form must be signed and dated and returned to Blush Pink. Where necessary, a further proof will be issued. No order will proceed until a signed approval is received. Any amendments after approval will be charged accordingly.

If an order is cancelled, all completed work must be paid for that exceeds the deposit.

Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders at that time.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If Blush Pink experiences difficulty with supply of necessary details, the client will be informed and similar materials of the same quality will be suggested.

All designs are covered by copyright Blush Pink. It is a copyright infringement to copy full or part of any design shown on our website and in any other material produced by Blush Pink.

Before any orders are placed with Blush Pink all of the above Terms & Conditions should be read, understood and accepted by the client.
