 Sugared Almonds
There are many different grades of quality in sugared almonds - the thicker the coating of sugar used (the cheaper of the two main ingredients), the lesser number of almonds are needed to make up a kilogram box.
Blush Pink supply Buratti almonds which are peeled to remove the bitter husk, halved and coated with a thin layer of sugar paste giving more sugared almonds per kilogram box. Therefore, giving our customers, more for their money.
